Some of what I do

I have a strong desire to be challenged and cannot be stagnant too long.  Therefore I make myself available to undertake personal and Freelance work to keep me learning.  I am self-disciplined, enthusiastic, motivated to meet deadlines and continue to build my understanding of new techniques.  As much as I am always striving to become a better, more proficient animator, I am always willing lend a hand in other departments of production in order to become a stronger asset to my employer.

This is where I truly want to be.  With over 7 years of professional experience in TV and Feature films, I am still excited for the next project to come along and be a part of.

Layout

I have lent my hand in the layout department for a couple productions.  Its great learning to train your cameras eye to get the best shot possible.

Matchmove

Matchmoving for Thomas & Friends and Garfield 2 involved animating a CG train/animal head to match the motion of the live action plate, so that face replacement can be accomplished, and a new performance can be added.  Good ol’ tedious work.

Education

I undertook a 2 year intensive animation program, were I learnt Classical and CG animation.
The life drawing models will scar you for life.
